RESERVING A PIECE

A 50% deposit is required to reserve a piece. Once the deposit is received, the item will be marked Reserved and held for 48 hours, unless another pickup or delivery date has been agreed upon in writing.

Reservation deposits are non-refundable if the buyer cancels, as the piece is removed from the market during the hold period. If Bloom & Grain is unable to complete the sale, the deposit will be refunded in full.

The remaining balance is due at pickup or before delivery.
