Your existing cabinetry may already have what matters most: a solid foundation. Through thoughtful refinishing, updated color, new hardware and carefully considered details, we transform kitchen cabinetry and bathroom vanities to give them a fresh, more intentional presence.
Rather than simply covering what is there, we look at the cabinetry as a whole, considering the doors, drawer fronts, exposed panels, hardware and finish to determine how each element can contribute to the transformation.

The Process

Tell Us About Your Space
Start with completing our project inquiry form. You'll share a few photos of your cabinetry along with basic details about your space so we can understand the scope of your project.

Receive a Preliminary Estimate
We'll review the information you provide and send you an estimated project range, giving you an initial understanding of the anticipated investment.

Schedule Your Consultation
If you'd like to move forward, we'll schedule an on-site consultation to assess the cabinetry, verify measurements and finalize your project selections.

Receive Your Project Quote
Once the scope of work is confirmed, you'll receive your final project quote. Larger projects may be organized into phases to help streamline scheduling, project logistics, and payments. Each phase requires a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of that phase.

Doors Come to Our Workshop
We'll carefully remove the cabinet doors and bring them to our workshop, where the majority of their transformation takes place.

Your Cabinetry Is Refinished
While the doors are prepared and refinished off-site, including approved trim enhancements where applicable, we return to your home to prepare, prime and refinish the visible exterior cabinet boxes.

Everything Comes Back Together
Once the finish has properly cured, your refinished doors are reinstalled and new hardware is added where included in the project.

Final Details & Completion
We complete a final inspection, address finishing details and make sure the transformation is complete. The remaining project balance is then due.

Depending on what the piece allows, its transformation may include paint, refinishing, stain, new hardware, added or updated trim, decorative detailing, or subtle modifications to its existing form.

Start with completing our project form. Share photos of the front, back, sides and top of the piece, along with its dimensions and anything we should know about its condition.

Share Your Color Direction
Tell us the color or general direction you have in mind. This becomes the creative starting point as we consider what will best complement your piece.

Receive a Preliminary Estimate
We'll review your photos, dimensions and project details and provide an estimated project range based on the anticipated scope of work.

Reserve Your Project
If you'd like to move forward, we'll coordinate a time for your piece to be dropped off or transported to us. Your preliminary estimate is based on the information provided and will be confirmed once we inspect the piece in person.

Assessment, Final Quote & Deposit
Once your piece arrives at our workshop, we'll inspect its condition and construction and confirm the final scope and project price. Once the quote is approved, a 50% deposit is required before work begins.

With your color direction established, we allow the character and construction of the piece to guide the details of its transformation.

Your piece is carefully prepared and refinished, with each stage given the attention and time needed for a lasting finish.

Ready to Come Home
After a final inspection, the remaining balance is due and we'll coordinate pickup or delivery of your transformed piece.
